Port Forwarding Not Working on EE Smart Hub—Fix Needed

I've been trying to open specific ports on my EE Smart Hub, using a TP-Link RE700X range extender. My setup is identical to my previous router, but now the ports won't open. I’ve manually configured them in the EE Hub and in Windows Firewall, set up a static IP for the extender, disabled DMZ, and tried full resets. EE support was unhelpful—they just suggested restarting the router and re-following the guide, but nothing worked. Has anyone had this issue or found a fix on EE?

Discord Steam and allot more games and stuff also use UPnP so they wont work if its off ?

@LiamStevo Do you think that it is the laptop that has uPnP doing the output settings to the EE Hub, mostly game units like xBox/ PS5 etc but it could be the Laptop, you will see that when you first connect though. It's all just temp to get The uPnP rules below your fixed ones....

If it's not a program that's actively running on the laptop that's opening the ports via UPnP then you should be fine. My guess would be that it's some sort of IoT device but hard to say.

Discord, Steam and other stuff works perfectly fine for me without UPnP. Even if things don't you can choose to create any forwarding rules manually.

The important thing is that you don't have any manual rules underneath the UPnP ones in the Hub manager table. If there are UPnP rules at the bottom then things seem to work OK from what I can tell.

Says when adding a port The IP addresses used are assigned by DHCP. Before you set up port forwarding you will need to configure a static IP address for the Internal device.

That's fine, just accept the prompt.

So Fully Reset Router Dissabled DHCP and all the other stuff Still not open Sigh

Can't see you're pic until it's approved but did you mean to say 'DHCP'? You shouldn't be disabling DHCP, only UPnP. What does the port list look like in the Hub Manager now?

What service/application are you trying to forward traffic to?

Don't worry, the images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.
