Poor connection to Sky Q Boxes around my house

Have just moved to EE Broadband from Sky but am having almost daily issues where my main Sky Q box will lose connection to the Wi-Fi and then all the mini boxes will also lose connection. 

Is this an issue for Sky to resolve or for EE?

Do other wireless devices also have connectivity issues in the same locations?

Hi there - Nope, just the Sky Boxes.

I contacted Sky and they suggested a couple of things which I have tried, just got to wait now to see if it happens again.

Hey - did you get this sorted? What was the outcome - we have the same issue and waiting on engineers from both EE and Sky….

Neill326 I have just installed EE Broadband and my Sky Q Mini boxes are not connecting. Did you get anywhere with this?

All my other devices are working fine.

What's happening when you try to connect your Sky Q boxes to this? 

Do you get any particular error messages, or do they connect initially then intermittently fail?

My sky Q box has connected. But my minin boxes won’t connect to the skunk box!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by Skunk Box, is this a third party router you're using?

What exactly is happening when you try to connect the Mini boxes too, for example do you see any errors?
