I have recently moved broadband to EE from BT. I have set up the EE App and need to link my broadband. All goes well and as part of the setup EE says we'll send a text with a passcode to my mobile the number of which is correct. No text arrives, what now???

Are you adding your broadband account to an existing mobile EE account?
Have you tried linking using the broadband account number?
