I was told a few months ago that my wifi and phone bill would be one payment when I moved to your WiFi, Ive since noticed 2 seperate payments coming out of my account that I would like to ask why this has happened please and refund for these

What phone, mobile or landline? Mobile phones are on separate bill from BB.

@Mbrewster Are you sure they are both EE payments, look at your billing for the accounts that are at the top off the bills, those will explain what and should tally with what you were told to expect for each, BB/Mobile are separate bills no matter what you were told!
