@Przydalski How do you know that your final bill is an overpayment? If you are due a refund then EE will pay back to you, into account if you are using DD, else they will contact you by mail if you have shut it down. As normally your broadband is a month in advance most times there is a refund, but it does depend when you switch ISP and comply with the agreement.
