Our full fibre broadband comes to our house via a telegraph pole and overhead wire. This wire is hanging low, and I believe needs adjusting.
If I call the contact number a line check is done and I'm dumped. If I respond to the auto-generated text as required, the text is not delivered. How the heck do I get some help?
I had this issue a couple of months ago and the engineer who called confirmed our wire was lower than EE's permitted levels, so adjusted it. I reckon it's even lower now.
Anyone have any suggestions? Are people on phones, talking, so 2024?

@MiracleMaud This may be one of the tings you can report direct to Openrach, especially if it is likely to cause damage to your property or a passing vehicle. Have a look at the link below and follow the instructions.

@MiracleMaud Only EE Cs can organise have anything done regarding the cable request. Sounds like they need to replace the cable clamp fixing that wraps around the outer protection especially if it is not staying taught.
