Hi all,
I've hit something odd and I'm hoping someone here has seen it before, or can point me at the right team.
I'm on EE Full Fibre 1.6Gbps and it's working well.
the Openreach ONT is on the wall, LOS light off, PON registered, happily passing traffic while I'm typing this.
The problem is that Openreach's records don't seem to know it's there. If I put my property into the BT Wholesale availability checker it comes back with "FTTP is not available" — UPRN *** on the Bourne exchange. No build status, no products, nothing at all. Which is a bit surreal given I'm using the service to type this.
The knock-on effect is that no other provider's checker can see full fibre at my address either, so I've got no realistic way to move or re-contract. Every checker tells me the fibre isn't there.
From what I've read, the fix is an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) request, and that has to come from a provider rather than from me directly. As my current supplier, EE is the one whose systems already resolve to the right record — so I'm hoping someone here can help get that raised, or tell me who to ask.
Happy to send the ONT serial number and my account details by private message, and I've got the checker output saved if that's useful.
Any pointers gratefully received — thanks!

@cocacola1 You may wish also when onto EE see what they can do to keep you if you are happy with the current service you have with them. Had no problems with the EE service, just there stupid Hub issues.

It's not OR records that you are not showing up on; it's BT Wholesale. You say yourself that the OR Checker shows Full Fibre is available to order.

@cocacola1 It is an ORDI request that you need, alas no one on the forum has account access so not able to help. You will need to speak to EE CS and hopefully get one who understands the issue and can get it corrected for you. The BTW checker takes its idata nput from Openreach, so good luck finding someone who can help/
