Did you mean:

Openreach Modem is no where close to a power supply

We recently moved into a new home and bought a EE Broadband. In order to set it up we had to connect to a openreach modem but the openreach modem is not close to a power supply  hence.

How can we fix this problem🙏

Do you mean an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) fixed to an inner wall to provide Full Fibre (FTTP)?

Whoever installed it should have made sure it was close to a power supply & powered it up from it before handing it over.

If it's been positioned incorrectly you would need to call CS to arrange an eng. to reposition it.
