I have just completed the OTS from virgin media.
I did this online and was expecting to be able to choose an install date / activation date but there was no option.
What is the process? I have an email from virgin media saying the switch date is in 2 weeks...
Do I have any control over timings?

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
