@Kryten602 The answer is yes if PN and EE say so, otherwise you will get another if EE has the problem with it.

@Kryten602 take a look at your current package with plusnet it will be under products simliar to EE

example if you new  package is made up of your phone package and lineline if you pay by direct debit the total amount is taken

if your my mgrate from plusnet ee shold figure out your a plusnet customer amd use the same direct Debit details you use for plusnet but thus will change to EE limted

@Kryten602 Have a look at your PN e-mails for the migration that will give you some idea until or if you are still in contract with PN switchover. EE do charge to have a DV landline start's at a £5 per month then you can addon any call package you wish with varying prices. Linked below EE call prices etc. Page 16 and ""Digital Home Phone Rates""

yeah if you check your bill from plusnet using a login look at a recent bill lists all products your paying dor with plusnet plus the total and payment check you contract wnd date for plusnet so you dont get stung with an Early exit fee as EE will only  cover pay this in account credit  to your EE you will still be paying it in cash to leave early

if your sure your not gonna us DV for outgong calls pay n go is not charged @ £5 and irs a rolling contract of 1 month for DV

@shakey19811 Then you must have been given the DV phone with the complete discount against it.
