Octopus app and website being blocked on ee wifi

I can no longer access my Octopus Energy account over ee wifi but can on mobile data or on other wifi networks. I am not aware of changes to any settings that have been made - any idea why this has happened and any ideas for a fix?

Have you reset the router and is it ok now?
