I can no longer access my Octopus Energy account over ee wifi but can on mobile data or on other wifi networks. I am not aware of changes to any settings that have been made - any idea why this has happened and any ideas for a fix?

@RSM3 when did this start, how long has it being going on?
Have you reset the router and is it ok now?

Is that over the public EE WiFi network or your own router?

It’s over my own router

It started just over a week ago - I haven’t reset the router but will give that a try
