Not received upto £300 switch money back.

Hi 

I paid vodafone my last bill which included early termination charges and I've sent my order number and proof of payment to ee email and I've received no acknowledgement back

Can any ee staff members help me with this

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You dont recieve a £300 lump sum. It is credited to your account.

@PheonixTori You only receive back what it is you have to pay to exit the old ISP final payment and up to the max of £300 as a credit to the account or if agreed with EE accounts paid back as a direct payment, some have had that and some have not all has to be setup beforehand with EE!

No, it hasn't! It has to be requested with CS after it has been credited to your EE a/c, just like any other a/c credit.
