I have recently bought the busiest home broadband package for my house as I am a gamer I plug my Ethernet in to the router and i am only pulling 900-920mbs although this is still fast I wanted as was hoping I’d get more I know the router lan cable ports are capped to maybe 1gb but I was wondering if anyone could help in suggesting a router that will get me guaranteed speeds of what I pay for through a Ethernet cable?

@Brugie58 Fully agree, that's why son's is so good, out of about 100 homes here OR just finalising the fibre at present, VM had service since Sept last year with an uptake of 5, and i mean 5, everything is OH via pole and looks like they are all waiting on OR to complete, you honestly could not write it if you tried. Hope a few stay on fttc for a while, hard to say, as OR has been the main stay here for the 40years i have been here.
