Hi @RWMoss
The only way to rectify this will be to reset your router as nobody will be able to help if someone has changed settings unless somone will go ober every setting made.
Thanks

Hello @RWMoss
If you go here Xbox Port Forwarding it will tell you what ports you need to set up again.

@Profile closed : That article is misleading. It doesn't distinguish between incoming & outgoing ports. Outgoing ports are always open. Only necessary incoming ports need to be port forwarded.
The article talks about a list of ports that must be open to connect to the Xbox network. But connecting to the XBox network is always possible as this only uses outgoing ports. It's only when the XBox network & other XBox users need to connect to your XBox remotely that you need incoming ports to be opened.
One example of the ridiculousness of it is that it lists Port 80 to be opened. Well, incoming Port 80 is the GUI of your router & you'd never want an outsider to be getting into that. Whereas outgoing Port 80 is the Web interface of most websites which you are using all the time you are browsing & you wouldn't expect to go changing settings of the router just to do that everyday task.
