New to EE today. Have connected phone and laptop to WiFi whats great , Now to add thing to App as thats apparently the best way to get things working etc.
Account Number ???? Had no correspondence to show this . So use the App. i cant as i cannot log on ? Use the phone , wait 27mins to then be cut off . Not the greatest of starts really .
Any help or advise to sort this other than to waste my time sitting on another call that may or may not get cut off??

@garybartram7374 : You should've received your BB a/c no. in your Welcome email. If you no longer have that you'll need to ask CS. You need it before you can register your BB to your EE a/c & so see your bills.
