I am utterly dissatisfied with the broadband service I have been receiving. For the past days my upload speed has consistently been just above 5 Mbps, which is well below the advertised minimum speed . This has caused considerable inconvenience.
I request that you investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary actions to restore my broadband service to the promised speeds. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further.

@paulagek this is not customer services, no one on here has account access or knows who you are, so will not be contacting you.
But if you want to share what services you have, your router model, and even better your router stats we should be able to help.
Or you can look at the following Help page to contact customer services https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.
Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@paulagek You get an estimated download speed and an estimated upload speed you also get a guaranteed download speed which is below the estimated download speed but you do not get a guaranteed upload speed. This is on an email titled “Thanks for choosing EE” But that’s just pointing that out. Please answer @Mustrum and @XRaySpeX

@paulagek What is your minimum upload speed that was quoted in the e-mail from EE, mine is 10 on a 75 max mb/s rate.
