Can anyone help. My landline is my lifeline. Yesterday it was crackling and today no line. I have emergency mobile but for some reason I am unable to make a call on that. I reported fault yesterday but now it is of no use. As a disabled user I am panicking about being cut off from the outside world and would like to contact them by email. I find it difficult to accept that there is no email address
can anyone please help
thanks Dee

@Dee561 If your broadband is working, may be look to see if your mobile support's wi-fi calling, that will give you another option if your landline goes down!
