Hi I was with BT mobile and broadband. Mobile wad sent over too EE with a good deal. Then I upgraded broadband to fiber which was also taken out with BT which was also passed sideways to EE. I can see my mobile details but not broadband not matter what I have tried it will not let me link them. Have been onto EE FOUR TIMES to get it linked but they have not managed it!!. Last call I made they said alot of customers had the same problem. So EE ARE AWARE there is a problem but not in a hurry to SORT IT OUT!!!.
