No openreach modem

I have signed up today to switch from sky to ee and received a small to say I have to setup my openreach modem but I don't have one. They are sending me the smart hub plus, can I connect it directly into my little BT box, as u do now?

Depends for what BB plan you've signed for. What is it called including its speed.?

You only need an ONT modem for Full Fibre (FTTP). It it's that EE will be sending an OR eng. to install it.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Hi, it's the smart Hub Plus? I don't know the speeds as it says they can't
manage that in the app

I signed up for Broadband and EE Tv and they are delivering a smart hub,
that is the sum total of my knowledge.

Found it Fibre 67 Essentials!

That is Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) & then a copper landline to your home. It doesn't have an OR ONT modem. The SH+ router incorporates the necessary VDSL modem.
