Use a landline handset, there is no dial tone and I cannot received or make outward calls. Cannot report via mobile as I do not have one. How can I get support for this issue, EE only give Help for mobile connections, cannot see any email address to make contact.

@JulieAS Your PM has been opened if you are doing this all on a PC, the envelope top right shows and opens up all that side, i have sent a message for a MOD to sort out your posting, if you are not able to go edit it, they will blank out all your details, this is a PUBLIC Forum so open to all the Internet to see! Never ever post any details up, like leaving your front door open for anyone to use! Circle RHS with the little v in it click and if you see Edit then you can do it in the post with all your details!

Easy! There will be many in same boat! The same could always be said for years about analogue landlines but not everyone has a mobile. It is not mandatory.
