I spent 40 minutes being passed from pillar to post without resolving my request for a WiFi 7 Extender Pro to improve broadband connectivity in my house. This has been an issue since BT became EE. I previously had 3 range extenders. I saw from my last 2 bills that the range extender pro is included in my package. I would be so grateful if I could just obtain one!
customer services just kept passing me between different account and technical departments with no result. I then tried chat and ended up talking to new sales. Surely it shouldn’t be so complicated
