As the title says, I'm having a very odd issue with my new Smart Hub Plus after previously using a BT Smart Hub 2. When using Discord, specifically the PC app over ethernet, I am unable to upload images or stream to friends without the connection almost grinding to a halt.
The issue doesn't happen if I use the Web browser version of Discord, or if I use WiFi on my laptop or phone. I did a speedtest using Ookla and everything was fine for both wired and wireless, however if I use Cloudflare's speedtest, the wired connection hits about 40mbps download and 17mbps upload with at least 10% packet loss.
I never had this issue before yesterday when I got the EE Smart Hub Plus plugged in, and was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and knew of a way to fix it? I tried using Google DNS instead and that just made the whole connection run at a tenth of its normal speed.

Hi @Zozzilla
Have you any family/content lock in place.
Thanks

Nope, nothing at all. I've been checking everything over again for the past hour, testing different things, and it's definitely only affecting my laptop for some reason - other devices aren't having the issue (I tested it using my phone and my work pc)
It's only affecting Cloudflare specifically, nothing is blocked when I log into the router, I've not changed any settings on my laptop at all, I've tried updating the drivers for both the ethernet port and the WiFi adapter so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the IP address assigned to it or not.
I've just plugged my old router back in, and there's no issue with this one plugged in, so all I can think is that there's some sort of security on the new hub blocking just that specifically...but trying to figure out what it is is going to be hard.

Hi there,
I had the same issue with discord after switching to EE, using a VPN fixed the problem for me
