After a power cut power was restored at 16.15 on 5/8/25. We noticed our router was flashing amber so rebooted it. Still nothing. Checked via the EE network checker which stated the service should be restored by 17.00. This time came and went, still nothing. Checked again this morning (7/8/25) and it still says service should be restored by 17.00 on 5/8/25. What are they up to?

Try a Factory Reset. There's a pinhole at back of router. Press a pin in it for about 15 secs until lights start flashing.,
