I upgraded yesterday to EE broadband but on receiving direct debit instructions my name is wrong I was with BT so hopefully bills carry on getting paid as I’ve tried calling was told I’d get a call back yesterday but nothing went on to chat was told it was sorted and also told the wrong date of birth was sorted but it hasn’t been really frustrating
