Is there a way to block all gambling sites and apps?
I just can’t be trusted so need to get rid completely.

Hi @Furrysides

Welcome to our community and thanks for reaching out about this.

As @XRaySpeX  has said, EE's parental controls can help, as both the Moderate and Strict settings block access to gambling websites when you're using the EE mobile network. The Strict setting also blocks additional categories of content. However, it's worth noting that these controls only work when connected to the EE mobile network, not when using WiFi, a VPN, or some other network connections.

If you're looking for the strongest protection, you may want to combine EE's parental controls with a gambling self-exclusion service such as GAMSTOP, plus any gambling blocks offered by your bank. That gives you protection across mobile data, WiFi and apps.

You can find EE's guide to managing parental controls here:
How do I turn on/off parental controls on mobiles

You can find tools and support here Control your gambling | Gamstop Online

Wishing you all the best, and shout if you need anything further.

Gambling implies Adult! EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to visit Content unlock or call CS with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
