Hello, I have recently moved house. I originally wanted to move my EE broadband hub with me, but this was not possible. I have a new EE hub and password etc. Most phones and devices work well with the new hub. However I have a relatively new Pure Elan Connect + internet radio and a Roku Streambar. Both of which I used successfully at my old address. Neither can connect to the new hub. I have tried all the obvious things recommended. The Pure does not find the network automatically, when I search for the wifi manually it recognises it’s presence but gives an error message claiming that it cannot connect. The Roku original screen starts then the device goes into error mode blank screen (no signal) before I can access any menus etc. If it was jut one device I would suspect the item itself, but the fact that both connected perfectly to the old router/hub lead me to conclude that there is something blocking connectivity on the new hub. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

@run762 : Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)? Which was your original EE router & why couldn't you take it with you?
Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the router to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.
