New contract rpi

Hi so the rpi increase happens each year on 31st of March. I've seen in the past that if you start a new contract on it after 1st march then you miss this year's rpi increase.

Is this still the case?

Does it also include broadband?

What other increases happen on the 31st of march as well as rpi?

@lt2514   It is not RPI, but CPI plus 3.9%.

Thanks, it doesn't explain if you upgrade on 1st of march or after, that this will mean he increase doesn't affect you

If you read the detail it tells you they will give you 30 days notice of price increases, so if you are ordering after the 1st March they should BE telling you of increases.

But if you are worried you could always delay ordering your service. Guess it is a balance that only you can work out.
