Currently moving from BT to EE Broadband, New EE Hub recieved, but missing cables. Am I in order to keep the missing cables from my BT Hub, before returning the hub

@JP01 that is unusual, but yes you can just use existing cables.

Courrently with BT on Halo3+ and new equipment from EE doesnt match my existing set up. No Hybrid Connect sent out either, and cables missing from Hub. Still waiting for activation due today 11/12/24

Still awaiting activation of EE Broadband, and arrival of EE Hybrid Connect which hasnt been sent out. New hub missing a Grey Connector

@JP01 this is not customer services, no one has account access or knows who you are.
Did you ring customer services ?
EE Broadband uses the same settings in the router, so the move should be seemless.

@JP01 The hybrid connect you have will work with both routers.
