I purchased a switch 2 bundle for my son for Xmas from Santa.
I took delivery of my package and took it inside when I opened it it was missing the switch but had the camera and joy cons. I immediately contacted EE and is it coming in a second delivery she raised a complaint to then get a text saying the complaint was closed but without any update again I contacted and they said it was not upheld as they have a picture of the box being delivered. Again I said it’s not that it not been delivered it has bits missing to which they raised another complaint and again it was closed with no communication.
im stuck with what to do I don’t have a switch 2 that my son wanted I have an add to plan that wasn’t complete how do I say Santa got you these 2 bits but no
I don’t know what to do now !??

@MattR1757 You call again and ask for a manager. You inform them that the case keeps being closed but it can’t be closed because you don’t have the item as it wasn’t delivered. If it is coming via a 2nd delivery that’s fine but it should be in one delivery.

Thanks Chris, I will try and be a bit more forceful in speaking to a manager and getting it resolved. I just normally get I can raise it as a complaint… same circle of events

on 4th Dec and a picture has also been attacked to it by the delivery person.
Can you please confirm if this is the parcel where you received the camera and
joy cons and the console was missing from it?
