EE TV Box Pro

Visitor

So I've had a new order and most of the bits of equipment have been delivered. I am missing my TV Box Pro. I called and they said they would send one out, i haven't received any confirmation of this and my service has already gone live.

1. Do i need to chase this?

2. Am i entitled to comp as i am now paying for a service i am not able to fully use?

Thanks

The system shows you already have a TV Box Pro from when you were with BT, so one won't be sent and the system won't allow an order for one to be sent.  There are no pending deliveries on your account.

Additionally, the system shows you have connected the TV Box Pro that you already have, and therefore have full access to the service.

1. Yes.

2. Compo is only paid for the complete breakdown of the essential BB service, not for issues in the home.
