EE Tv box buffering and freezing

Any fix for the constant buffering and glitches whilst watching live programmes through EE TV? Been with EE for months and tv is unwatchable. Connected via broadband as too far away to connect via cable. All apps work fine with no buffering so clearly a fault with the box itself. Really fed up with it and want to cancel. Can I arrange an engineer to agree to cancellation?

@Thesource  Have you reported this back to customers support?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, is the only way to do that by ringing up?

I recently had a router upgrade to WiFi 7, ever since ALL my TV boxes keep freezing literally every 5 minutes. It is making watching TV on them impossible. I am currently paying for subscription channels I can’t watch.

I HAVE followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions, including full factory resetting all three of my boxes meaning I have lost all of my recordings.

Can someone please contact me before I start looking at alternative providers.
