Apple ee remote

My ee remote keeps unpairing after about 30-40 secs. Have tried new batteries but the same thing happens, have to keep repairing with box. Have tried an original apple remote from another apple tv box and it pairs fine and works as expected. Ee one keeps in unpairing with other apple tv.

@Stewartie  You need to call customer support about this.  It’s not right so you’ll probably be sent a new remote.
