Great movies and great romance are not working

Thanks for coming to the community.

The Great Movies and Great Romance channels are only available when you are connected through an aerial to your EE TV Box Pro.

If you are using the EE TV Box Pro using WiFi or have the EE TV Box Edge or Apple TV 4K, which are WiFi connection only, you'd not be able to get these channels.

If you are on aerial mode already, what happens when you select the channels?

I am in aerial mode I have no picture just name of channeling background 

Tried retuning still didn't work and turning off at mains still doesn't work

@Scotty64 from your address, you can point your TV aerial to the Bilsdale transmitter (bearing 164 degrees - i.e. South), or Pontop Pike (bearing 291 degrees - i.e. West).

Bilsdale should provide all channels to you at maximum power, however Pontop Pike will have poor signal on COM4, COM5, and COM6.

Great Movies is on COM4, and Great Romance is on COM6, so I suspect your aerial is pointing to the less optimal transmitter, resulting in a poor signal, and no service on those channels.
