Network disconnect every ten minutes

It's start at yesterday 17:00, I try to reset the modem but still not working. After it I turn off the modem around ten to fifteen minutes than turn it on, it can connect around ten minutes. The modem light keeping green light when the network disconnected.

@ryant91  which router do you have, and what broadband service?

My router model is EE smart hub plus

I tried but this page show me nothing
