hi is there anyone out there having the same problems as me. we changed from sky to ee in october duee only because ee was much cheaper the skky and in the present situation pennies count. we have been havin probs with pixels breaking down spund disappearing and doesnt come ack til we go back abd start again losing apps and subscription channels just for starters. weve had an engineer here 3 times now and boxes have been changed and reset phone line has been checked as has all equi[ment today the outside bt line has been checked and everything is working as it should but still the problems occur regularly. i have dzens of photos of times when we have had problems. i feel the problem is with ee and their hub and ee have no idea how to fix the problems ot s definaye;y not fit for purpose and my bext step will be to get the contract cancelled at NO charge to is. We were with sky gor 14 years and never had ant problems at all, i really wish i had stuck with sky and coped with the cost \i am not happy at all. I would loke to heat from anyone who has had similar problems especially if you live somewhere other than scotland

@marion1569 You need to explain what happened from the Sky to EE change over, was it box out and box in, to keep it simple for you, do live in scotland, changed Sky - EE back in March, and nothing major from the old SR203 sky router, and the SE extenders are toast.

@marion1569 I don’t live in Scotland and I’ve had no issues, my hub works fine.

@Chris_B The Internet works better in Scotland, all downhill to London, so must gather speed as it moves along> Duh!
