Hi @Toni1231 welcome to the community. You can change this yourself on the EE order tracking link. You'll need to log in with your EE ID or use your order reference and postcode.

I need to change appointment from 6 August.
I spent a lot of time yesterday using your appointment system and you kept changing it to a date I am not available!!
Not exactly a good start to our relationship.
I am available 8-1 on most Mondays and Fridays. If you suggest date I wil confirm.

@11EE51 like all the other answers, you need to call the Broadband Care team, there is no customer account access on here.
