hi I'm currently on the 3 months free broadband deal. I start paying in may. I've had to change the payment date due to it being different from what I agreed to. Do I still have to pay a fee?

There's no fee for changing your payment date. You'll still start paying from the original date 3 months after you started. It'll be worked out pro-rate to fit in with your new billing date.
