I ordered FTTP at the start of March and due to the external work being unable to get at the duct next to my bungalow (due to the company who did my path covering the duct with resin even though I told them not to)
Anyway survey was booked and surveyor came last week, confirming the duct went all the way to the bungalow as he managed to get a cable from the manhole to the bungalow.
He said a civil engineering team was needed to put a hole in the path to access the duct which I have no issues with.
My question is, will OR phone/email me when they are coming or do they arrange an appointment as I would hate to go out and miss them.
Also the broadband order checker has stopped working for me as I assume that I am now not a standard 2 stage install.
