NO landline working yet

I am a new customer form Plus Net serves

I need my land line up and running E.E. promise me they would keep

if I moved over to E.E. serves --NOT TURE-

I ask for a tech to come to my home and sort out the Land line connection NO IONE from E.E. has been yet

I was booked in for 30th April by E.E. staff on phone.

My family member with a Mobil phone and a E.E. users got my phone working for about 3 Min on 30th April

untill E.E. pulled  the plug on my internet serves(it when OFF 

NOW I have No land line Phone WHY E.E. staff what is going on???

Please send me a tech to my home to sort out E.E. Landline problem please

THANKS FOR YOU INPUT 

But all sorted now phone working after Tech came out on 1 May 

we had 1 bad cable ---and 1 bad phone --all is well now Peter thanks

Welcome to the Community, @royjenkins2841 

Just to be sure here, am I correct in thinking the broadband is working right now, but the landline isn't, or is nothing working?

One thing to be aware of is that there's a chance you have been moved to Digital Voice, in which case you would need to plug your phone into the green socket on the back of your EE Hub rather than the BT socket on your wall.

Thanks to Jamie tech coming out on 1-May Saturday to fix my phone problem  we are up and running
