Hi, I have an EE broadband provider and ordered a phone card from EE a few days ago but changed my mind and cancelled it. Now for some reason, my broadband account has replaced the old phone number with the new one that was cancelled. The system won't allow me to reset the old number because it sends the login codes to a number I don't have and have never used. I can't contact anyone to ask for help and there is no email address where I can write about the problem. Please advise me on how to solve the problem. Thank you

@RasaUs Here are the EE Contact details below, you may nor get help due to not being able to pass security, but if you explain the phone situation they may prompt another security method, if not the form fill is at the bottom off the page.

Thanks for the replay, but unfortunately I can't find the form fill at the bottom of the page. Could you tell me where exactly it is? Thank you
