Recently, I had new broadband connection to my home. The employee of EE said you no need to pay delivery fee and any installation fee but now, my bill has generated and they didn't waived off.

@Rakesh8741 , have you checked the breakdown of your bill? This should show what you are being charged and why, otherwise speak to customer service billing department, they should be able to help-.
