Customer of BT and now supposedly transferred to EE, but still not happened.
I was told I would be transferred on Monday, its now the end of Tuesday and it still hasn't happened.
Logging into my accounts just tell me I can't do anything as they need to finish my order!
Is there anyone here that can help as I really can't be bothered spending ages on chat or phone!

@yuba there is no account access on here, but if you give the Broadband Care team a call they should be able to help.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
