Hi all,
Apologies if this is a dumb question but my EE connection date is 20th Feb and haven’t a clue what to expect!
my new EE hub is arriving tomorrow- when do I plug that in?
Will my existing connection come through it if I set it up tomorrow?
on 20th when will I actually know when the change over has happened?

If as per the title you are moving from FTTP to FTTP then:
You plug in the EE router on the 20th after your Sky service has gone down, and/or EE message you to say their service is working.
Your EE service will not start until the 20th, your SKY should carry on until then.
As above, on the 20th you will need to disconnect the Sky router from the Openreach ONT, and plug the EE router in the same post - unless told otherwise.
Unless you are moving to the new 1.6Gbps service there is no need for Openreach to visit your property.
HTH - ask away if you have any further questions.
