Hi
This may not be the correct place to raise this, but I'm hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
Plusnet have moved me to EE which went very smoothly.
However, despite telling me I will be paying the same price each month, my first bill a day later shows it has gone up by £1.25. This amount is a discount I received from Plusnet for referring a customer to them.
I cannot find how to formally raise this with EE and I'd be most grateful if anyone can help me.
Regards
Rick

@Baldrick409 : The only formal way to raise anything is to make a formal complaint. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
I guess that as you never referred a customer to EE you no longer qualify for that discount. EE would've only matched the price of your BB alone.
