Moving from BT to EE

Hi all

My contract for BT BB 900 is coming to an end at the end of October, I am therefore thinking of moving to EE for these reasons

  1. Cheaper - £33 a month instead of £61 , although not sure if the online deal is only for new customers which is daft.
  2. Better hardware - EE has wifi 7 router. assuming it is better than BB HH 2

Anyway my question is (and I have found lots of different answers)

1. Can I still keep my BT e-mail address(s) (have 4)

2. What was the experience like for anyone that has moved across ?

There is nothing too wrong with my current setup, in fact BT have been fantastic for the 20+ years I have been with them, it is just such a price difference of £28 a month saving I sort of need to seriously think about it .  BT can not offer me that sort of deal (well online anyway)

Welcome the thoughts of you lovey intelligent folk

Well now switched over from BT, upgraded to the 1.6gb with new pro router and extender.

Just for reference I was able to keep my BT e-mail addresses as its a standard migration.

Nice man on the phone, explained it very well, so after 25 years of BT I have finally moved, well I know BT own EE anyway but you get my point.
