Moving House.

My 90 year old mum is moving home next week and I have been trying to speak to a human but keep getting told to wait for the Rapis2.ee.co.uk to open but it just takes me back to 150. My mum moves house in 5 days time, anyone know of a number other than 150 to speak to a human?

Try pressing option 2 when calling, as this will bypass the Visual Service and allow you to use traditional telephone keypad options.

@BM5042 : Why does she need to speak to EE about moving home? Is it that she needs her EE Home BB moved with her? If so, she's left it rather late. They want at least 3 weeks notice. Let her follow How to move home with EE
