Hi everyone,
I am 1 year into a 2 years EE broadband contract and I am in the process of purchasing a new house (bringing over the EE contract).
When I leave my current place, I will need to move into a temporary accomodation for a month or two while I complete the purchase.
Is it possible to suspend the broadband contract for that time without incurring in early termination fees? Even if it means paying the unused months?
Thank you
Adriana

I don’t think so but best to confirm from customer support.

@Adri8 you would need to give customer services a call and ask about the home move service.
The key to your issue, will be how long you are in the temporary accommodation, they will not allow a unlimited time, but should give you an idea of how long, and more so if you have a known address you are going to move to.

No, you would need a place for EE to be supplying BB to. Once you leave your current home the new occupants are almost certain to order BB from some ISP which will take over your existing line & thus auto cancel your contract with EE with consequential early exit fees.
