Moved over from by to ee, and what a disaster

Moved over from bt to ee, was told pretty much be the same but just better, what a load of garbage, was told I would be getting 3 wifi boosters as part of the package and only got one, phoned them and was told others on the way, still didn’t turn up. Phoned again and was told need to order them once up and running but not what I was told when I signed up, now got no internet around the home.

was told would be the same regarding speeds, was getting 120-140 mbs with bt now struggling to get above 60.

This we wasn’t what I signed up for if it’s not sorted very soon I’m cancelling for being mislead, you have recorded calls I want you to review them gas I have definately been mislead and lied too.

what a disgusting service

This is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are, so you would have to speak to customer service if you want to cancel, we have no records here of your calls.

If they have sent the boosters out to you, then you should receive them, you do not say how long ago it was that you moved from BT to EE..

Sorry you are finding the service disgusting, just your words, most customers are happy, they do not lie and mislead.

You would have to speak to the broadband team to get this resolved.
