Hi everyone, my Moes smart home gateway stopped working overnight and after extensive diagnostics I've identified that EE's network is blocking the Moes/Tuya cloud servers.
The blocked IPs are:
- 3.64.70.158
- 3.75.157.188
- 3.75.117.56
- 3.76.16.47
- 18.158.238.166
- 52.57.255.2
These are AWS Frankfurt servers used by the Moes/Tuya platform for both API and MQTT connections.
What I've already tried:
- Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 on both EE hub and TP-Link Deco mesh
- Tested on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks
- Tested with and without VPN
- Tested on direct EE hub connection and mesh network
- All pings to Moes servers time out regardless of configuration
- Apple servers respond fine — internet is working normally
